Trezeguet waives more than 5 million in his transfer deal to Al-Ahly

Mahmoud Trezeguet, a player for Qatari club Al-Rayyan, returned to his "home" Al-Ahly club once again, where he started his career with the Red Team since 2012, until he left the team permanently to the Belgian club Anderlecht in 2016

Turkish press reports revealed the value of the transfer of Egyptian star Mahmoud Hassan "Trezeguet", a player for Trabzonspor on loan to Qatari club Al-Rayyan, to Al-Ahly club.

Al-Ahly club announced the signing of "Trezeguet" from Trabzonspor, Turkey, after the end of the current season, for the next 5 years.

A Turkish website indicated that the value of Trezeguet's transfer from Trabzonspor, Turkey, to Al-Ahly club amounted to 1.6 million euros

The Turkish website said that Trezeguet waived dues owed to the Turkish club amounting to 100 thousand euros.

Trezeguet will start his career with Al Ahly starting with the 2025 Club World Cup, which will be held in the United States of America.

The 2025 Club World Cup draw placed Al Ahly in Group 1 alongside the following clubs: Inter Miami of the United States, Palmeiras of Brazil, and Porto of Portugal.

Al Ahly is scheduled to face Inter Miami, led by Argentine Lionel Messi, in the opening match of the 2025 Club World Cup, on June 15 of next year.
