Trabzonspor started negotiations with Galatasaray for transferring Mostafa Mohamed next season, Turkish reports said on Friday.
The reports added that Trabzonspor are interested in getting Mohamed, especially since the club is searching for a talented forward.
In the same context, Galatasaray rejected a proposal from the French Nantes for reduce the salary of Mohamed to buy him after the end of his loan period.
The proposed price was 3,500,000 euros, however, the Turkish club is asking for 5,750,000 euros.
Last July, FC Nantes managed to sign the Egyptian striker on a season-long loan from Galatasaray.
The Egyptian forward left Zamalek to join Galatasaray in 2020 on loan, but the Turkish club activate that clause that let them buy Mohamed for $4 million.
