On Saturday, the Spokesperson of the Technical Committee of the Egyptian Football Association Helmy Toulan announced that the Egypt U-20 national team, headed by Osama Nabih, will participate in the forthcoming edition of the African Nations Championship (CHAN).
Toulan said that the committee and EFA agreed upon the participation of Egypt in the tournament, revealing that U-20 Egypt's national team will represent Egypt.
He continued: "The African Nations Championship is a great opportunity for Egypt’s U-20 team and will provide them with valuable experience."
He further explained: "Competing in this tournament is a great opportunity for the team to gain experience, especially since the competition is just four months away. It is an excellent chance for them to develop, and there are some promising talents. We have also decided that Osama can select one player from each club."
