Mexico has offered a number of scholarships to the Ministry of Higher Education. These scholarships were approved by Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghaffar of Higher Education.
These scholarships have been published on the following website,

The number of the scholarships is three starting from March 2020; they are offered to Egyptian citizens wishing to submit; the results will be announced January, 15 2020.
The last date for submission is September 27. The required documents can be submitted to the Embassy of Mexico in Cairo or applying on the website of the Academic Cooperation Management Program (SIGCA) through the following link:
