The judging panel consists of superstars Hany Shaker, Samira Said, Najwa Karam, and Melhem Zein.

The show has been put on hold several times. It was set to be premiered on March 21, but it was postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

“The Voice Senior” received a new date, slated for premiere in September, but the MBC management decided to postpone the show again following the August 4 massive explosion at Beirut's port, Lebanon.
