Johnson, born on May 2, 1972, is an American actor, producer, and former professional wrestler.
He was a professional wrestler for the World Wrestling Federation for eight years prior to pursuing an acting career.
Since 2004, he's only made a handful of appearances, including at 2013's Wrestlemania with John Cena.
His last big feud in the company came with Cena culminating at WrestleMania 29, while his last official match took place at WrestleMania 32 - that saw him defeat Erick Rowan.
Johnson rose to popularity in the '90s during the WWE's Attitude Era, capturing the WWE Championship eight times and having WWE's second live wrestling show Smackdown named after one of his catchphrases in 1999.
He left wrestling behind in 2004 to become a movie star in major features like The Fast And Furious franchise, which produced his latest movie "Hobbs & Shaw" spin-off with his character, along with a deluge of other features.
