Early Thursday, The Elite, Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks, were announced for Trios title match at the upcoming Pay-Per-View (PPV) of All Elite Wrestling (AEW), Full Gear.

The Elite was suspended since September after the AEW's All Out media event.

The group and CM Punk were escalated backstage physically and verbally, in addition, the news stormed international media platforms.

AEW's President Tony Khan announced in the following week suspending The Elite, CM Punk, and a number of officials, including CM Punk's closest friend and AEW official Ace Steel.

In addition, Khan vacated the Trios titles and the World title.

The mentioned members were removed from all AEW TV advertisements, posters, flyers, and promotion stuff.

After that, more news was reported that AEW offered to buyout CM Punk's contract as a sign for not returning to the promotion once again.

Last week, CM Punk made a return to the commentary table of MMA promotion Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) as the first appearance since the All Out media scrum.

Yesterday, Death Triangle's PAC announced that they will defend their Trios titles against The Elite at Full Gear.

Two weeks ago, AEW started to air some short promos linked to The Elite contributions in the promotion such as the first media conference of All In PPV, and their coronation of the Trios titles.

Those short promos indicated the soon return of the group to the TV once again.
