When it comes to keeping that stubborn stomach fataway, what you eat is the main factor controlling your progress and although, cardio and ab workouts are important unfortunately they might not be an option during the lock down, not to mention they're not enough to get that drink flat stomach.

To keep that flat stomach, you should drink enough water, avoid foods packed with sugar and eat more of these foods
