Syrian President Makes Visit to UAE

Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa arrived in the United Arab Emirates on Saturday, marking his first official visit to the Gulf nation since assuming power.

He landed at Al Bateen Airport, where he was received by UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Earlier in the day, Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shaibani announced the visit on social media, stating that the delegation carried the hopes and aspirations of the Syrian people and aimed to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between the two nations.

This visit comes amid renewed Arab efforts to rebuild ties with Syria after years of political isolation. It highlights a shared commitment to boosting bilateral cooperation in key areas such as economy, investment, and reconstruction.
