Egypt's swimming team participated in the Arab School Championship, which will continue until 27 November.
Ibrahim Shams and Ahmed Samir won first and second places in the 200m freestyle competition, and Kuwaiti Hassan Tariq won third place.
In the 50m breaststroke competition, the Egyptian duo Mostafa Mohamed and Hamza Mohamed Mubarak won the first and second places. The third place was won by Saudi Arabia's Suhaib Hakim.
In the 50-meter butterfly competitions, Ahmed Adel, an Egyptian national team player, won first place, Ali Soliman, a player of the Egyptian national team, won second place, and the third and fourth places were won by Saudis Hadi Al-Youssef and Saud Al-Nazhan.
In the 200-meter medley, Egyptians Ibrahim Shams and Adham Qandil won first and second places, while Kuwait's Hassan Tariq won third place.
Teams from Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Algeria, Libya and Egypt will participate in the tournament
