The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces saluted the armed forces, who gave their lives cheap for the sake of Sudan, its pride and dignity, who affirmed their commitment to defend the country.

He pledged during his visit to the village of Allaya to treat the deceased, who were killed by the Shifta gangs with the help of Ethiopian forces, as martyrs of the armed forces.

"They burned our lands, stole our crops, and killed the Sudanese people for more than twenty years. Our land is not cheap, and we will stand with one man’s heart to protect and develop our land by all means," Al-Burhan concluded.

On Wednesday, the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that an Ethiopian military aircraft penetrated Sudan’s borders in a ‘dangerous and unjustified escalation’.

A Sudanese military plane crashed on Wednesday, in al-Qadarif, located on the road that connects Khartoum with Gallabat on the Ethiopian border, about 410 kilometers from the capital. Military sources stated that the Apache plane was carrying weapons and ammunition.
