½ Kilo frozen strawberry
1 packet Whipping Cream
200 gm yogurt
1 lemon juice
¼ cup frozen milk
2 tbsp honey
Edible red color
In a mixer, add all components and mix them well for minimum 5 minutes.
Pour the liquid ice cream in a clean plastic bowel then add 2 or 3 drops of the red edible color to confer a darker color.
Set in the freezer for minimum 8 hours.
For garnishing, add mint, chopped nuts or strawberry pieces on top of ice cream scoops and serve!.
