'Stefano Ricci' to Celebrate Its 50th Anniversary in Luxor

The well-known Italian fashion house 'Stefano Ricci' is set to celebrate its golden jubilee, in front of Hatshepsut Temple, in Luxor next March. 

"We are proud to announce that 'Stefano Ricci' will celebrate its 50th anniversary, on the 30th and 31st of March," the Italian luxury house official page tweeted.

“Twenty years ago I visited Ancient Thebes for the first time and I was so fascinated that I decided to dedicate a book to it: Luxor. One night, I daydreamed about creating something important in the presence of architectural and artistic wonders. Today that dream is taking shape," Stefano Ricci, the Italian house's founder said on social media.

On his part, Egypt’s Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled Al-Anani welcomed the idea, noting that this global event came after the successful celebration held, last November, to mark the reopening of the long-awaited Avenue of Sphinxes in Luxor.

The program of the event has not yet been revealed.

It is worth mentioning that, Stefano Ricci, is an International Luxury Fashion and Lifestyle company founded by the Florentine designer Stefano Ricci in 1972.

The brand is globally recognized as an expression of absolute quality in the sphere of luxury lifestyle brands and menswear.
