Rasul criticized those who target the foreign military bases as illegal behavior and who want to expel the US forces there is the dialog as an approved way.

He revealed that there talks between Iraq and the United States of America (USA) to withdraw its forces from the Iraqi territories.

He assured that the task of the North Atlantic Organization Treaty (NATO) is consultant not combatant.

He indicated that the NATO mission Iraq participates in building the new Iraqi armed forces.

It is worth noting that a number of Iraqi armed groups (known as resistance factions)   refuse the US forces in the country.

However, the US Central Commandment announced earlier today, Saturday that the USA won't withdraw its forces from Iraq according to the wishes of the Iraqi government.

Al Khaza'aly tweeted that the recent statements of the USCC prove the real intentions of the USA not to withdraw its forces from Iraq.

The White House announced last March that "the American administration and the Iraqi government will hold a strategic dialogue next April."

The White House stated, "The meetings will clarify the tasks of the international coalition forces present in Iraq, and that they are limited to training and advising the Iraqi forces, and that their presence in the region aims to prevent the terrorist organization ISIS while regrouping its ranks."
