Spanish Prime Minister (PM) Pedro Sanchez said on Saturday, that only Kiev determines the terms of peace with Russia.
In a speech to the Ukrainian Parliament during his visit to the Ukrainian capital, The Spanish Prime Minister announced the allocation of financial aid worth 55 million euros to Ukraine.
Moreover, Spanish PM said that his country will continue to support the Ukrainian people until peace is established in Europe.
