Everybody has problems in life, some face those problems, and some tend to ignore them, but Seowon, from South Korea, has decided to deal with his problems in a different way.

Seowon Lee, an entrepreneur decided to start a very long journey with more than 38 km, in an attempt to escape his business troubles which burned him out.

According to BBC, Seowon had walked that distance to a nearby city; he didn’t realize that it was his first step in a life time journey.

After his second project in business had many financial problems and suffering several panic attacks, Seowon decided to make the 38 km trip from Busan to Ganjeolgot on foot.

He said that walking had relieved the passion inside him and changed his life; the more he walked, the less stressed he felt.

“I wasn’t able to find the answer when I was sitting down. But I always found the answer when I walked,” Seowon says.

Currently, the man used to walk thousands of kilometres around his country each year, as well as giving lectures on his fascinating style of speed-walking.

“My bigger dream is to walk across tall the beautiful cities around the world and share my knowledge with other people,” he said.
