The South African representative before the International Court of Justice in The Hague stated that Gaza has become a hell, and Israel must be held accountable for its crimes. He emphasized that the occupation is deliberately persecuting UNRWA to strangle the Palestinians.
During his pleading before the International Court of Justice, the South African representative accused Israel of deliberately preventing the entry of any humanitarian aid into Gaza and violating international conventions as an occupying power.
He added that Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem remain under occupation and are subject to its law.
