The Egyptian champion Giana Farouk, who claimed the bronze medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, invited Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, to attend her wedding party.
On his part, Sobhi attended the wedding ceremony, and signed the marriage certificate as a witness, amid an atmosphere of joy and happiness.
It is worth mentioning that, Egyptian karateka Giana Farouk made history in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as she won Egypt their first-ever medal in karate after claiming bronze in Women’s Kumite 61kg.
