WWE is organizing its Friday Night SmackDown for the first time in the Middle East. The show is live at Super Dome, Jeddah, KSA.
Before the beginning of the televized show, two matches were tapped involving Bronson Reed, Ludwig Kaiser, and Johnny Gargano.
The episode of SmackDown kicked off with the Queen of the Ring semi-final match between Bianca Beliar, and Nia Jax.
Before the show, there were a lot of calls on social media asking the audience to make the chants, including the pin counts in Arabic as the French audience did in Backlash. It seems their efforts were successful, as the majority of the pin counts were in Arabic.
The match between Belair and Jax was short, and it finished in the favor of Jax. The Australia-born will face Lyra Valkyria, tomorrow, in the Queen of the Ring final.
There was a short segment of Belair while receiving medical attention backstage after hurting her knee during her match with Jax.
After that, there was an entertaining segment between WWE tag team champions Austin Theory, and Grayson Waller, and Carmelo Hayes who confronted each other before moving the direction of the talk to LA Knight.
Knight interfered and he was one of the hottest guys in the night, and received huge interaction from the fans in the venue.
Shortly, Hayes, Waller, and Theory attacked Knight before he was backed up by the Street Profits.
A 6-man tag team match between both groups took place and ended with Ford pinning Waller.
A short appearance for Tama Tonga and Paul Heyman was in the middle of the events, in addition, another QR code popped up on the screen.
Next, a short backstage face to face between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton which hints a future storyline between both stars who shared a huge history.
The highly anticipated segment between Rhodes and Logan Paul ahead with their match tomorrow. Both stars verbally clashed against each other, especially after Rhodes described Paul as a lier as he used to use the brass knuckles to win his matches. Paul defended himself that he gave Michael Cole the brass knuckels, however, Rhodes didn't believe him asked an official to check him. After the check, a brass knuckels was found with Paul.
Paul was angry, threatened Rhodes to win tomorrow clean.
Next, a match between Bailey who received huge interaction from the fans against Chelsea Green. The match was short, and Bailey defeated Green. After the match Bailey was harshly attacked by Piper Niven.
During the episode, the Street Profits were celebrating their victory over the WWE tag team champions before they were cut by DIY who asserted that they will take the titles.
Another segment was set for the episode between AJ Styles and SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. Styles asked Aldis for another chance for the title but Aldis said that he can't help him.
Randy Orton entered the ring with a huge and biggest interaction of the night, with the audience signing his theme song.
Paul Heyman discussed with Solo Sikoa the matter of Tonga Loa's absence as he couldn't make it to the KSA.
The show was closed with a good match between Tonga and Orton. Orton will face Gunther, tomorrow, in the final of the King of the Ring.
After the match, Sikoa and Tonga attacked Orton before he was saved by Keven Owens.
Another dark match was tapped for the event after the air went off. Rhodes, Otis, Chad Gable, and Samy Zain were in action.
