Sisi Sends Cable of Condolences to South Sudan's President

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to  President of South Sudan Salva Kiir, and First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan, Riek Machar, and to the government and people of South Sudan, over the death of Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Peter Gatkuoth, asking God to have mercy on his soul and inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace.

Official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic Bassam Ready said that Gatkuoth was one of the pillars of sincere national action in the African continent, where he devoted his life in defense of the causes of his homeland, and was very keen to maintain communication and joint work with Egyptian officials to coordinate positions on all issues of common interest, contributing to strengthening relations between the two brotherly countries.
