Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi received a warm public and official welcome during his visit to the United Arab Emirates, reflecting the deep-rooted ties and strong strategic partnership between the two countries.
Upon his arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport, President Sisi was welcomed by Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in an official reception that underscored the importance of the visit and the close relationship between Cairo and Abu Dhabi.
The reception was attended by Egypt’s Ambassador to the UAE, Essam Ashour, along with members of the Egyptian diplomatic mission in Abu Dhabi.
Citizens and residents gathered near the reception area expressed their enthusiasm for President Sisi’s visit, describing Egyptian-Emirati relations as a model of Arab cooperation built on mutual respect, shared interests, and longstanding historical connections.
The short visit came within the framework of continued coordination and consultation between the Egyptian and Emirati leaderships on regional developments, in addition to discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation across political, economic, and investment sectors.
