Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi mourned Prince Muhammed bin Talal, the Jordanian king’s personal envoy, who passed away earlier on Thursday.
"Jordan has lost one of its prominent men, Prince Muhammed bin Talal, …. a wise national figure who devoted his life to serve his nation over decades, during which he contributed to achieving prosperity and stability for his country,” a statement by the presidency said.
President Sisi expressed his deep sadness and heartfelt condolences to the Jordanian people and the family of the late prince.
