Sisi Meets Speaker of Serbian National Assembly

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met this evening during his visit to Serbia with Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic.

Official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic said that the Serbian Speaker of the National Assembly welcomed the President in Belgrade, pointing out to the distinguished relations between the Egyptian and Serbian peoples,  stressing his country's keenness to support Egypt in its efforts to achieve comprehensive development, which witnessed a great leap during the recent period, and to strengthen the partnership between the two countries in various fields, especially at the parliamentary level.

On his part, the President expressed his willing that his visit to the National Assembly would represent a starting point for developing the distinguished friendship relations between Egypt and Serbia at various levels, especially in its parliamentary aspect through the exchange of experiences and parliamentary visits which contribute to strengthening communication between the two peoples and boosting joint bilateral cooperation.

Rady added that the meeting focused on ways to activate the frameworks of joint cooperation and develop bilateral relations between the two countries, and push them towards broader horizons during the next stage.
