Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry headed to the Chinese capital, Beijing, on Sunday, in his first foreign tour to the capitals of a number of permanent members of the Security Council, with the participation of the foreign ministers of the committee formed from the recent Arab/Islamic summit, with the aim of ending the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip, and addressing the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip, Ambassador Ahmed Abu Zeid, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
The Foreign Ministry spokesman explained that the participating foreign ministers will meet with political leaders and foreign ministers of the countries included in the tour.
