Lebanese-Colombian superstar Shakira is preparing a bombshell documentary that will focus on the dramatic life changes triggered by her split from Gerard Pique.
The multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy winner, 46, made headlines in the months after the split by releasing diss songs linked to the break-up, including BZRP Music Session #53, in which she claimed Pique had "traded a Rolex for a Casio", when he left her for his 24-year-old lover Clara Chia.
Shakira was spotted with a cameraman in the back of her vehicle when she arrived at court on Monday for her tax fraud trial and filmed the moment her lawyer Pau Molins went to meet her and they chatted before heading into court.
The pop star is also said to have been recorded by two cameramen who wore Film Crew bibs as she left Barcelona's El Prat on Wednesday to jet to Miami where she now lives.
She left without her sons Milan, 10, and Sasha, eight, who will stay with their ex-football player father before returning to Florida in time for school next week.
Shakira and Pique split in May last year after 11 years. They signed a child custody agreement last December after a protracted negotiation which came to a head with a marathon 12-hour meeting with their lawyers. Shakira moved to Miami with their sons in April.
Shakira had already attacked her ex in a song she released in October last year called "Monotonia" ( Monotony in English), with references to the 'narcissism' and 'cold as Christmas' attitude of a man she is breaking up with.
In the visusofor that song a mystery man fans have claimed is a representation of Pique shoots a hole in Shakira's heart as she stocks up with snacks during a late-night trip to the supermarket.
The singer went on to write a New Year post on Instagram about betrayal and heartache, winning support from Lionel Messi's wife Antonela Roccuzzo who responded with three heart emoticons.
