The Senegalese Football Federation announced, Saturday, that first team coach Aliou Cisse has recovered from a health issue that resulted in him being hospitalized.
The Senegalese Federation also revealed that Scottish Rangers striker Abdallah Sima had left the “Tiranga Lions” camp after it became clear that he would be absent for a period beyond the tournament due to a left thigh injury.
