The Senegalese Football Federation has announced the official celebrations and reception plans for the national team following their victory in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Senegal were crowned African champions on Sunday after defeating Morocco 1–0 in the final, which was held at the Moulay Abdellah Stadium.
The federation revealed the details through its official social media platforms.
According to the announced schedule, the Senegal national team delegation will arrive at Blaise Diagne International Airport on Monday, January 19, at 9:30 p.m.
The players and technical staff will receive an exceptional welcome attended by President Bassirou Diomaye Faye and members of the government.
Celebrations will continue on Tuesday, January 20, with a large public parade through the streets of Dakar starting at 11:00 a.m., where fans are expected to line the streets waving flags and celebrating the continental triumph.
Later in the day, at 4:00 p.m., an official reception will be held at the Presidential Palace.
