Ambassador Abdul Rahman bin Saeed Al-Juma, the representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Arab League, confirmed that the systematic attacks carried out by the Houthi group on civilian areas and vital installations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, are not only targeting the national capabilities of the Arab Gulf states, but also aiming to destabilize the region and international peace and security, and threaten the global economy and maritime navigation.

In his speech before the extraordinary session of the Arab League,  Al-Juma stressed that these repeated attacks on civilian facilities represent, according to international laws, war crimes and the  perpetrators must be held accountable.

"Saudi Arabia calls on the international community with all its countries and organizations to take a firm position against the Houthi group and those who support it  to exert political pressures that force it to stop its hostile actions against the Yemeni people and the countries of the region", he added.
