Eto'o Apologizes after Violently Attacking Algerian YouTuber

Cameroon FA president Samuel Eto'o apologized for violently attacking an Algerian YouTuber at the World Cup in Qatar on Monday.

A video circulating on social media appears to show Eto'o kneeing the YouTuber so violently in the head outside the Stadium in Doha.

Some Individuals tried to stop Eto'o from the attacking the Algerian fan but, he broke away from them and stroked the man in the head with his knee.

Eto'o said he "was provoked by a fan who was "probably" an Algeria supporter as part of an ongoing campaign of harassment following Cameroon's qualifying win over Algeria in March."

"I would like to apologize for losing my temper and reacting in a way that does not match my personality. I apologize to the public for this unfortunate incident."

Mamouni has now posted a video revealing that he reported this to the Qatari police.

“I am at the police station to file a complaint against Eto'o. He hit me and and destroyed my camera."
