Samira Said, Ziad Burji to Perform at Nafoura Theater

Within the activities of the Arab Music Festival in its 30th edition, a concert will be held at 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 2, at the Nafoura Theater, during which Moroccan star Samira Said, will sing some of her most beautiful songs. Lebanese star Ziad Burji, will also present a group of his famous lyrical works. .

The Children and Youth Choir of the Talent Development Center, under the supervision of artist Abdel Wahab El-Sayed, led and trained by Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Sattar and Dr. Dalia Hassanein, will perform, at 7:00 PM on the outdoor theatre.

At 10:00 AM, on the small stage, the sessions of the scientific conference begin, the first session discusses the axis of contemporary creativity of Arabic music, in the presence of the guest of honor of the conference, Dr. Rajeh Daoud (Egypt), Ramy Shaheen (Syria, Germany), Dr. Aziz Al-Wartani (Tunisia). Dr. Issam Maatouk (Tunisia), Hani Al-Badri (Egypt).

The second session will start at 12:30 p.m. and discuss the theme of writing for Arabic musical instruments between the takht and the orchestra, in the presence of Dr. Essam Al-Jowder (Bahrain), Dr. Abdul Hamid Hamam (Jordan), Dr. Ahlam Akbar bin Sheikh Saleh (Kuwait), Dr. Kamal Youssef Ali (Sudan) ), Dr. Mustafa Abbas (Iraq).
