Sales of Sky Abu Dhabi in NAC's "Residence 8" Project Reach EGP 1.7 B

Sky Abu Dhabi Real Estate Development Company, a subsidiary of  Diamond group achieved about EGP1.7 billion  contractual sales from the "Residence 8" project in the New Administrative Capital "NAC.

Abdel Rahman Ajami, CEO of Sky Abu Dhabi Real Estate Development Company, said that the project will be built on an area of ​​23 acres in the administrative capital, and will include 1,000 residential units and 21,000 administrative and commercial square meters.

He added that the percentage of sales of people outside Egypt in this project amounted to 50%, including Egyptians working abroad, Gulf and European nationalities.

He also noted that "Sky Abu Dhabi" seeks to invest EGP15 billion  in Egypt over the next two years.

Moreover, Ajami revealed that Sky Abu Dhabi signed a cooperation protocol with First Abu Dhabi Bank last April with the aim of providing facilities for financing housing units with different payment methods, and benefiting from real estate projects that the company will implement in Egypt.
