Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has appeared wearing an Egyptian flag as the Reds were officially crowned as Premier League champions.

Liverpool have lifted the title after thrashing Chelsea 5-3 in the final day of the Premier League.

Naby Keita had opened the scoring for the champions after only 23 minutes with a right footed shot from outside the box to the top right corner.

15 minutes later,  Trent Alexander-Arnold fired home the second from a free kick to make it 2-0.

Georginio Wijnaldum confirmed the Reds advantage when he received Mo Salah's well-played assist with a right footed shot from the centre of the box to the top left corner.

In the third minute of the injury time of the first half, Olivier Giroud scored the first goal for the Blues after he unleashed a left footed shot from very close range to the centre of the goal to make it 3-1.

Ten minutes after the break, Trent Alexander-Arnold swung up a well-played cross, met by a great header from the Brazilian Roberto Firmino from the centre of the box to the top left corner.

In the 61st minute Tammy Abraham fired a right-foot shot from a very close range to the bottom right corner to make it 4-2.

Twelve minutes later, Christian Pulisic revived Chelsea's hope in the game by scoring the third with a right footed shot from the centre of the box to the top right corner.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain confirmed the champions win when he scored the fifth for the Reds in the 84th minute.
