Liverpool star Mohamed Salah on Saturday said that he has enjoyed the lockdown time with his family during the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
“People said they cancel the League, some people said that you can not play anymore,” Salah told BBC Sports.
“It was stress somehow. Everybody may panic. I was home and enjoyed the time with my family as I did not have this time before so I used it to enjoy,” the 28-year old player noted.
“It was tough as well for you to think after this long season and that years that they gonna cancel the Premier League again. That’s bad,” Mo Salah added.
“To be with the teammates during the celebrations is something special,” the Egyptian international concluded.
