Liverpool and Egypt national team star Mohamed Salah raised his tally to nine goals in the English Premier League this season, after scoring for the Reds in their clash against Wolverhampton Sunday.
Mo has led the Reds to their victory against the Wolves by scoring the opening goal in the 24th minute, during their clash at Anfield in the 11th round of the Premier League.
After scoring Sunday, Mo now ranks third in the Premier League scorers table right behind the duo, Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin who has scored 11 goals and Tottenham's Son Heung-min with 10 goals.
Salah also has now equalled Cristiano Ronaldo, former Manchester United player, who scored 84 goals back when he played for the English Red Devils.
Moreover, Salah outperformed Ronaldo as he scored his 84 goals in 131 games, while Ronaldo's goals came in 196 games, according to "transfermarkt".
According to Opta network, Salah has scored or assisted in 111 goals in the Premier League competition, (82 goals, 29 assists), since his return to the Premier League in the summer of 2017.

Opta also elaborated that only 2 players outperform Mohamed Salah in terms of scoring in the home arena in the five major leagues with (52 goals at Anfield). The 2 players are Barcelona's Lionel Messi with (63 goals at Camp Nou), and Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski (59 goals at Allianz Arena).
