Mohamed Salah and Omar Marmoush, players for Liverpool and Manchester City respectively, arrived at the Egyptian national team's hotel to participate in group training on Tuesday evening, in preparation for the match against Ethiopia scheduled for next Friday in the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Egyptian national football team, led by coach Hossam Hassan, held its first training session yesterday, Monday, in preparation for the match against Ethiopia at 10:00 PM on Friday, September 5, at Cairo Stadium, as part of the seventh round of the qualifiers.
The training session began with a physical warm-up, followed by the implementation of some technical exercises, and concluded with a strong division between the players.
Participating in the training were: Mohamed El-Shenawy, Mostafa Shobeir, Mohamed Sobhy, Abdel Aziz El-Balaouty, Rami Rabia, Khaled Sobhy, Amr El-Gazzar, Hossam Abdel Majeed, Mohamed Rabia, Mohamed Hany, Ahmed Eid, Mohamed Hamdy, Ahmed Nabil Koka, Hamdy Fathy, Nabil Emad "Dunga", Marawan Attia, Mahmoud Saber, Mohand Lashin, Ahmed Sayed "Zizo", Mahmoud Hassan "Trezeguet", Ibrahim Adel, Mostafa Mohamed, and Osama Faisal.
