Russia Rules out Tactical Nuclear Strike on Ukraine

The Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed that a tactical nuclear strike on Ukraine "is not possible currently ", according to Al-Arabiya.

Noteworthy, The UN Security Council (UNSC) will hold a new public session on the Russian military operation in Ukraine, at the request of France and Mexico.

This will be the sixteenth session of the UN Security Council on Ukraine since the start of the Russian military operation on February 24.

“France and Mexico requested briefings from the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF),” a diplomat said.

This session comes, within the framework of the efforts exerted by western states to maintain pressure on Russia, which as a permanent member of the council has the power to block measures it disapproves of.
