Russia Resumes Flights with Another Eight Countries

On Thursday, Russia resumed regular flights with eight countries, including two Arab countries, Lebanon and Morocco, after suspending air travel as part of measures to combat the coronavirus outbreak.

According to the “RT” TV channel, regular flights be resumed with the following countries: Austria, Hungary, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Morocco, and Croatia, as well as charter flights to Albania.

In accordance with this decision, the Russian authorities will also resume two flights per week on the routes: (Moscow - Vienna), (Moscow - Budapest), (Moscow - Port Louis), (Moscow - Rabat), and (Moscow - Zagreb).

Russia will also operate a weekly flight on the two routes (Moscow - Beirut) and (Moscow - Luxembourg), as well as a charter flight on the route (Moscow - Tirana).

The Russian authorities will also increase the number of flights with Greece by two flights per week, and one flight per week with Azerbaijan, Armenia, Qatar, and Uzbekistan.

It also decided to increase the number of flights with Egypt and Serbia to 7 flights per week.
