On Friday, Roberto Martinez announced Portugal's first team squad for the upcoming UEFA Nations League. The nation's icon Cristiano Ronaldo is on the list.
He is enlisted for Portugal's next two games in the tournament against Croatia and Scotland.
Ronaldo said Portuguese TV on his international football career: “When I quit the national team, I won’t tell anyone in advance … At the moment, what I want is to be able to help the Selecao."
Yesterday, Ronaldo received a prestigious award at the UEFA Champions League 2024/2025. The award was paying a homage to his great UEFA Champions League career, and being the top goalscorer of the tournament which will adapt a new system for this season.
