Rodrick Strong Makes AEW Debuts, Aiding Adam Cole

Early Thursday, former NXT superstar Roderick Strong made a shocking debut at All Elite Wrestling during the latest AEW Dynamite episode.

Strong appeared to face his friend, and NXT's Undisputed Era mate Adam Cole from an assault by the Jericho Appreciation Society members.

AEW President Tony Khan officially announced that Strong is officially signed to the promotion.

Strong was still under contract with WWE until March. He also requested his release from the WWE developmental brand on numerous occasions and all of them were denied by the promotion.

The Massiah of Back Breaker is well known for his time in the Undisputed Era group in NXT with Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, and Bobby Fish.

Cole, O'Reilly, and Fish (Fish was sidelined from the brand after different actions) joined the Elite while Strong joined Diamond Mine with Ivy Nile and The Creed Brothers.

Strong made his last match in NXT last August and lost to Apollo Crews.
