Al-Nassr secured a valuable 3-1 win over hosts Al-Hilal, on Friday, at the "Kingdom Arena" in Riyadh as part of the 26th round of the Saudi Pro League.
Al-Nassr finished the first half leading 1-0 after Al Alami's Ali Al-Hassan in 45+4, with a superb shot to the left of Al-Hilal's goalkeeper Yassine Bounou.
In the second half, Portuguese icon Cristiano Ronaldo scored Al-Nassr’s second goal in the 47th minute with a powerful strike.
By the middle of the second half, Al Hilal's Ali Al-Bulaihi scored their only goal in the 62nd minute.
Ronaldo then sealed the win for Al-Nassr by scoring the third goal in the 88th minute from the penalty spot.
With this victory, Al-Nassr enhanced their place in the standings to third place, while Al-Hilal remained at second place, behind league leaders Al-Ittihad.
Al Ittihad will face Ahli Jeddah tonight in a competitive game which would help Al Ittihad in securing the league title.
