On Friday, French reporter Santi Aouna expressed that two European clubs: the Turkish Galatasaray, and the French Monaco are interested in signing Al Ahly's Mohamed Abdel Moniem for next season.
Ouna described Abdel Moniem as the best Center-back player in Africa, adding that he wants to play in Europe next season.

Last March, French reports indicated that France Ligue 1 side Nantes is interested in signing Al Ahly's defender Mohamed Abdel Moniom.
According to French outlet "Homme Du Match" asserted that Nantes is interested in winning the services of the Egyptian international.
The outlet praised the performance of Abdel Monem with the Red Devils, describing him as one of the best defenders in Africa, and he would be a great addition to the Canaris, which includes Egyptian international star Mostafa Mohamed.
Abdel Monem's contract with Al Ahly will expire on June 30, 2025, and his signature estimated at $3 million.
