Real Madrid CF have firmly denied reports suggesting potential changes to their administrative structure, reaffirming their commitment to the current strategy and leadership model.

In an official statement, the club dismissed claims aired by the program El Larguero on Cadena SER, which alleged that Real Madrid were considering appointing a sporting director in the near future.

“Real Madrid Football Club announces that the information broadcast last night claiming that the club is studying the addition of a sporting director to its structure is completely unfounded,” the statement read.

The club further emphasized its confidence in the existing sporting management setup, highlighting a period of sustained success.

“Real Madrid highly values the work carried out by the club’s sporting leadership, which has allowed us to experience one of the most successful eras in our history, including six UEFA Champions League titles in the last ten years,” the statement added.

Recent reports had suggested internal disagreements within the club’s hierarchy, particularly involving Florentino Perez’s close associate Anas Al-Gharari and general manager José Ángel Sánchez.

These tensions were rumored to have impacted planning for the upcoming season.

However, Real Madrid’s firm denial appears to put an end to speculation, reaffirming stability at the top level as the club prepares for the next phase of competition.
