Al Ahly SC conducted a "Rapid Test" for the whole football team on Monday, before their morning training session in the framework of preparing for Al Tarsana's clash scheduled Wednesday, in the 16th round of the Egypt Cup.
The Red Devils' official website stated that all players and the technical and administrative staff conducted the "Rapid Test", according to the recently modified medical protocol to detect the emerging Corona virus before official matches.
Al Ahly is set to enter a closed camp, Tuesday, in preparation for the next match with Al Tarsana.
Meanwhile, Al Ahly midfielder Walid Soliman was confirmed to miss the Egyptian Cup match with Al Tarsana.
Soliman complained of pain; Due to a bruise in the ribs before the start of this morning's training session that was held at the "Tetsh" stadium.
He underwent an examination before the training session, and the medical apparatus decided to give him a rest until he recovers from the bruise.
