Rania Youssef to Star in New TV Series "Al Mamluk"

Egyptian actress, Rania Youssef will star in a new TV series entitled "Al Mamluk".

Youssef is set to begin filming soon after she returns from her summer vacation in Barcelona, Spain.

The actress will also be seen in season 4 of the TV series “Al Anesa Farah” (Miss Farah), which kicked off filming this month.

The series also stars Asma Abul Yazeid, Mohamed Kelany, Heba Abdel Aziz, Houda Majd, Arfa Abdel Rassoul, Gilan Alaa, Mariam El Khosht, Mohamed Elamrosy‎, and others.

It is written by Mahmoud Ezzat and directed by Ahmed El-Gendy.

The series is based on the American romantic satirical telenovela “Jane the Virgin“and will run for seasons 4, with each consisting of 22 episodes.

The plot centers around Farah (Abul Yazeid), who tries to balance her life between her studies and working at a hotel, but fate has different plans as her life is turned upside down after she becomes pregnant after accidental artificial insemination by her gynecologist.
