Early Tuesday, World Wrestling Entertainment confirmed the return of the future Hall of Famer and 14-time world champion Randy Orton after being sidelined for more than a year and a half due to injury.
Orton was out of injury since May 2022 due to a back injury.
The news was announced by Cody Rhodes at the end of the latest episode of Monday Night Raw.
Rhodes announced Orton as the fifth member of their team for the upcoming WarGames match.
The final lineup of the match is Rhodes' team, consisting of Cody Rhodes, Sami Zayn, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, Jey Uso, and Randy Orton, against the Judgement Day, consisting of JD McDonagh, WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions Damian Priest, and Finn Balor, and NXT North America Champion Dominik Mysterio, along with Drew McIntyre.
