The Egyptian Rafah crossing received 27 injured, wounded, and sick Palestinians and 38 of their companions from the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, dozens of trucks carrying humanitarian and relief aid are still awaiting entry to Palestinians in Gaza due to the Israeli occupation forces' closure of the Kerem Shalom and Al-Auja land crossings for two weeks.
An official source at the crossing stated Friday that these injured people and their companions arrived as part of the 42nd batch and that they boarded Egyptian ambulances to be transported to hospitals in North Sinai and other governorates for treatment and healthcare.
Dozens of loaders and reconstruction equipment are still waiting to enter the Gaza Strip once the crossings are reopened.
In a later development, lines of trucks have been stretching along the Rafah-Arish road, waiting to enter Gaza since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.
