Queen Elizabeth II made her first public appearance in 2021 on Wednesday after easing the restrictions against COVID-19 in the United Kingdom.
The 94-year-old queen paid a visit to the Commonwealth War Graves Commission Air Forces Memorial in Runnymede.
She arrived at the place at 11 am to participate in the 100th anniversary of the Royal Australian Air Force.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the queen and her partner, Prince Philip, were quarantined at the Windsor Castle with a limited number of working staff members.
This appearance also a few weeks after the "Tell-All" interview of Harry and Meghan Markle with Oprah Winfrey where Markle accused the Royal Family of racism.
On the other hand, the monarch passed through hard family time last month after the 100-year-old Philip was admitted to hospital where he was kept for almost a month, later on, he returned to the castle after successful heart surgery.
