On Tuesday, the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will start his two-day state visit to France.
The Qatari Emir is set to have a meeting with President Emmanuel Macron.
Elysee Palace said, on Monday, the visit will be an opportunity to deepen mutual ties in various fields like defense, security, investment, and the economy. They will also discuss the situation in Gaza.
Both leaders are targeting to enhance cultural relations and development.
The Emir of Qatar is heading a senior ministerial and economic delegation.
This will be Sheikh Tamim’s first state visit to France since he came to the throne in 2013.
