On Monday, Qatari club Qatar officially announced the signing of Al Ahly's winger Ahmed Abdel Qader for a year on loan during the ongoing summer transfer window.
Abdel Qader arrived in Al Doha, today, to finalize the deal of joining the Qatari club.
Qatar will pay Al Ahly $ 550,000, in addition to $50,000 as a bonus for Al Ahly for the player's participation, and goal scoring.
Abdel Qader is expected to strengthen the quality of the team's midfield and to replace the Brazilian Bruno Tabata whose loan ended, according to the Qatari newspaper Al Rayah.
The newspaper added that Abdel Qader passed the medical exams, and he is getting ready for participating in the training sessions, and to make his debut with the team on Thursday against Al Shamal at Al Bait Stadium in the third division of the Qatari League.
