Qatar defeated Egypt 5-4 on Penalties to rank 3rd in the FIFA Arab Cup on Saturday after the goalless draw lasted for 120 minutes.
The both teams failed to net any goal during the match as the match extended to the extra time and penalties.
Defender Ahmed Hegazy and forward Mohamed Shrieff wasted two penalties to make it easy for Qatar to rank the the third place.
Qatar now will gain $3 million, while the Pharaohs will $1.5 million.
